In September 2000 West Coast Industrial Supplies, a wholly Australian owned and operated business, was started by Stephen Brooks.
With over 20 years of experience supplying the Mining and Power Generation industries, Steve knew that personalised service delivery and effective communication were the keys to a good business relationship. He also realised this is where a lot of the larger companies within the industry fail leaving room for such a service focused company.
Aims
WCIS has the aim of supplying products and service that are cost effective, of equal or better quality, and being able to service the customers every enquiry, at any time of day, seven days a week.
