AF 240
TOTALSEAL™ AF 240 is suitable for use in applications involving hot and cold water, steam, oils, fuels, gases, and a wide range of general chemicals.
AFK 250
TOTALSEAL™ AFK 250 is specially recommended for use in applications where mineral acids have to be sealed. It gives excellent performance in concentrated sulphuric and hydrochloric acids and can be used to seal nitric acid at concentrations up to 50% and temperatures up to 65°C. AF 250 can also be used to seal a wide range of chemicals including oils, fuels, solvents, alkalis, water and steam.
AFM 280
AFM 280 is suitable for use across a broad spectrum of industrial applications involving steam (including super-heated steam), water, oils, solvents, fuels, gases, general chemicals, dilute acids and alkalis. AFM 280 is particularly suited for sealing in applications where flange movement caused by vibration or thermal expansion may be experienced.
AF 330
Developed for general industrial applications where an asbestos free sheet is desirable, TOTALSEAL™ AF 330 is designed to be used at the same thickness as the CAF material it replaces.
Meets FDA requirementsAF 500
Suitable for use in a wide range of industrial applications including oils, fuels, steam, water and dilute acids. TOTALSEAL™ AF 500 is especially suitable for sealing strong caustic liquors.
TGS 3
TOTALSEAL™ TGS3 is recommended for applications involving high sealing stresses and where high blow-out resistance is required. The inclusion of steel reinforcing layer gives rise to a robust sheet. Can be used to seal a wide range of media, with the exception of strong oxidising agents, at extreme temperature and pressure. Typical industries where TS3 is used include power generation and petrochemical plants.
TSG 500
TSG 500 is recommended for industrial application involving high sealing stress and chemical resistance. It can be used with steam and a wide range of media (with the exception of strong oxidizing agents at extreme temperature and high pressure).
It is recommended when a superior load retention at elevated temperature and an excellent creep relaxation value is required.
Thanks to its characteristics it avoids flanges pitting.
TOTALTHERM
TS TOTALTHERM is recommended for applications involving high temperature.
