WCIS – TOTALSEAL™ has a range of TOTALSEAL™ modular agitator and mixer seals to suit all applications from simple side entry agitation through to POX and HPAL autoclave agitators.  WCIS select seals for your application from our range of low, medium and high duty products;-

• TS-CMR – vessel / mixer seal, medium duty with rotary faces
• For bottom entry, side entry and low pressure top entry applications.
• Can be supplied as double, single or single dry-running formats

• TS-CMS – autoclave agitator seal, medium duty with stationary faces
• For autoclaves up to 35 bar(g)

• TS-CES – autoclave agitator seal, high duty with stationary faces
• For autoclaves above 35 bar(g)

Dimensional conformance

All TOTALSEAL™ seals are designed in a modular format, supplied as standard to DIN dimensions.  Other dimensional standards can however be supplied upon request, for instance when retrofitting existing equipment.

Accessories

Due to the TOTALSEAL™ modular concept various accessories can be added at time of purchase or as upgrade items to meet specific needs.  Some examples are;-

Bearing –	to restrain radial thrust
Flange cooling jacket –	to prevent process heat soak into the seal body
Inboard flush –	to prevent crystallisation of process contents on the inboard seal faces

Upgrades & Service

WCIS has extensive engineering & in- field experience of HPAL & POX applications, we can use this experience to audit existing applications and recommend upgrades to improve seal service life and performance. Even if no upgrades are required we can service all brands of seals with agreed pricing and stock levels to deliver significant cost of ownership savings.
